A waterfront house design with simplicity concept and a zen-like quality architecture was the main idea of this house. This edgy design use striking and progressive materials. The home’s exterior is comprised of clear tongue-and-groove cedar that is vertically mounted to the roofline and a rainscreen siding system made of Cembonit panels. As the same time, these panels regulate the air exchange while still providing insulation to the house.

Sliding doors open to one of three ironwood decks. The home located only minutes from the Bainbridge Island-Seattle ferry in a quiet, cul-de-sac neighborhood.
