Khajavi Residence by Bijan & Associates

California-based firm Bijan & Associates Architecture have designed Khajavi Residence:
On 23rd Street, in Santa Monica, California, most of the homes represent old fashioned and disconnected structures. The site is about 8,800 square feet abutting an alley in the rear. Our commission was to design a 3,000 square feet home with adequate areas for entertainment, and maximum integration of indoor and outdoor spaces. A lap swimming pool in a wide side yard, provides an inviting entrance to the house from the side yard. Large pocket and disappearing glass doors create maximum view and interaction between living area and the usable outdoor deck. (more…)

The FI house is a dwelling designed by Punto Arquitectónico located in a low density residential zone in Mérida. The flat plot offers maximum external view. The aim for this project was to take advantage of the natural sunlight and the prevailing winds. The Jelenovac residence site is situated on the junction of two streets, surrounded by family houses and the city park Jelenovac on the front. Newly build house opens itself towards the attractive part of the terrain, greenery, views.

Tuskanac Residence by DVA Arhitekta

The Tuscanac Residence is located in residential part of town in Zagreb, characterized by family houses of strictly defined volumes, site and garden measurements. DVA Arhitekta has reforms the house to a two volumes urban house; one visible to the street view and the other hidden from it but visible from the garden.
