Morumbi Residence by Drucker Arquitetura:
Installed on top of the hill Morumbi among the many remaining trees of the court of the Foundation Maria Luiza and Oscar Americano, the house spreads like a bar code for the city’s landscape. The house is a research idea of balcony space as fluid and its abstract expression as a mechanism to filter and shade.

The house invites contemplation of the landscape, with balconies, large windows, frameworks that cut the sight of the Marginal Pinheiros avenue and Octavio Frias Bridge, but without compromising the cozy ambiance, while the domestic scale is relatively high (the house has 1.000m ²). The pattern of circulation forces the occupants to come out to wooden decks. The large glass frames emphasize the continuity between the interior and exterior.
