This watervilla has its ground floor very near to the water level. By using a lot of glass almost every space on the ground floor offers a spectacular view over the water. The surroundings can be enjoyed from the spacious roof terrace as well. Underneath the ground floor there is a full storey under the waterlevel, where bedrooms and the bathroom are situated receiving light from internal vides.

We are looking at some new fresh concepts for a Private Islands Resort? Can the glass homes you design be build in the Caribbean?
We are looking for a 2 to 3 bedroom concept villa in nature but modern, that leads into the ocean. Waters in the area are shallow and warm.
Thank you very much for an average investment cost to put this together.

Interesting design, and I have a couple of questions: What is the square footage of this home, and can it be built on land?
Thanks,
