This modern Kilrenney House was designed by IKONIKO in the Cheviot Hill, Los Angeles. By reorganizing and adding a significant amount of space to an original house volume, the new design takes full advantage of its hillside site by orienting spaces and views towards the surrounding landscape. The contemporary open floor plan consists of internal and external spaces that flow easily into one another.

The simple modern home consists of five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, two living areas and an oversized office – all tucked neatly into the house. Large windows and sliding glass doors allow lifestyles of leisure and work to expand out to the exterior. All spaces have access to numerous patios and balconies; allowing unexpected perspectives of Los Angeles.
