The architect, Andres Remy Arquitectos, has deigned this structure with many addition. At the backside raised up to get a better look at the lake. So that the social area placed in upper level of the house beneath conquering the panoramic views to the lake during the day.
The waterfall, as the icon of this house, located over the swimming pool in the lower floor, refreshing the rooms and providing privacy at the same time. The water fall also filters the northern light making it less harmful.
