Casa de Luna and Alon by José Luis Ayala V

Casa de Luna and Alon, designed by José Luis Ayala V, is located in core golf site with stunning views and lush vegetation. The project idea was based on an important ground motion that would allow housing have access to street level to maintain this height so that the house will apparently buried as it develops. This generates protection walls to direct sunlight. The house defined by individual layers of concrete blocks that support a roof plate works and water reservoir.

All interior spaces turn their views to a private garden, created by the very uneven terrain. Opposed to these openings there is a wooden placard 15 meters long that is linking to all spaces. The predominant materials are precast concrete, natural wood and glass.
