The kitchen’s low ceilings create a kind of intimacy, and the island bar is perfect for eating a quick meal or just lingering. Other parts of the home encourage the same comfortable feeling with smooth elegance. The double high living room is open and welcoming, connected to the dining room completely expected for a staircase. Designed with minimalism in mind, the staircase to the second floor almost floats to the open loft at the top. The rest of the home operates with a similar flow in mind. There’s always division and purpose to every room, but natural transitions that ease into one another seamlessly.
