This luxury home is designed by Blueprint Designs as a modern building design that suit canal waterfront living. This single level waterfront home is not what it seems with its central atrium giving the appearance of a two story building. With strong lines to the facade the design uses parapet walls; matrix sheeting and Perspex paneling give it an ultra modern feel that the owners were looking for.

Views start at the very entry of the home and broaden as proceed into the living areas which open into a landscape view of the waterfront. Natural light is extensively used throughout the house and is optimized in the foyer and music rooms with raised ceilings and highlight windows. Cool breezes are captured using sashless windows to the entry as well as sashless windows incorporated into the bifold doors which used to the living areas.

The modern feel of the kitchen keeps the same recessed lines used in the exterior facade helping to tie in a theme to the rest of the building. The Kitchen is also equipped with a scullery and has direct access to the outdoor barbecue and alfresco areas.
