The architect, Broadway Malyan, has designed this house for Sime Darby Property as a first carbon zero house in South East Asia. The house not only pushed cost expend but also speed up the construction process.

This building featured with deep overhangs that provide shade, open, flexible interior spaces to accommodate a variety of uses, a greywater system to reuse water and a green roof garden with a rainwater capture system for irrigation, so it can be said an eco friendly house design.

Carbon Zero? Carbon zero would be a mud hut , hand dug cave, or a typee/yurt.
If you mean by ‘Carbon Zero’, no carbon based fuels to heat or cool, well that is something different.
