Set in eight acres of protected forest above the old Preston sawmill, the 4000 square foot, three-level home is planned for minimum impact on the site, by taking advantage of a small, existing clearing. The exterior is made from rugged stone, concrete, and cedar shingles, with sleeker materials inside.

The materials blend perfectly with surroundings and provide to the interior the comfort, coziness and naturalism it needs. Thanks to its size the house has everything owners need when living outside the city. There are many places for relaxing, dining, reading a book and other activities so the life wouldn’t boring in such place. The site is also perfect place for entertaining like playing with kids, walking or simply relaxing near the nature.
