RioSinu House by Antonio Sofán
RioSinu House designed by Antonio Sofán to catch the view of the Sinu River in Montería, Colombia. The architect place the pool across the width of the house to cools the warm breeze coming from the river and dragged inside the house which in turn has entrances and air vents located strategically.

Blue Mosaic Interior RioSinu House by Antonio Sofán
The concept for this house was two cubic volume which extracted in the corners. These results terraces with outdoor eaves shaded areas along the entire perimeter of the house. On the facade, blue color symbolize the subtraction and manifest with glass mosaic in Z form. The upper level features living room, dining room, kitchen and services. The lowest level contains 3 bedrooms, 2 of which overlook the pool and endless river.

High Living Space RioSinu House by Antonio Sofán
A trough in the ceiling illuminated the room around a flat background is plated with painted cement tiles in various shades of blue. In the dining room ceiling is more austere. Points of light with fluorescent bulbs flush with the plaster surface forming a grid of diamonds. While the interior is high and spacious, the entrance of the sun is controlled by the low height doors, windows and canopies which have shaded outdoor areas.
