
Casa Michelle by Edgar Marin
Casa Michelle was an answer of tropical climate site in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. This house formed in such a way so that can be opened to the outside by a large window. The architect, Edgar Marin, design the house to be lived in to the outside terraces, corridors and a pool closely related to the public area of the house. The house is accessed by double-height lobby, which is lit naturally through a double wall with perforations of light, this wall also serves as thermal insulation for most of the day is to get as much solar radiation. In the construction of this project is used by some local materials such as wood and stone.
