The Dorrego House is located in a residential area of Bernal, Buenos Aires. The house is built around a central courtyard. The spatial structure puts this court in conjunction with the double height room, giving this area a prime location overview to the two patios.

This strategy results in visual and spatial connections between different areas in which domestic life is developed. The ground floor contains spaces for community life, study, lounge, dining room and kitchen. In the upper floor provide as areas that require more privacy, the family bedrooms. Openings and the circulations are arranged in order to establish transparency and external connections.
