Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects built this Victoria 73 set on a spur of land between Bantry Bay and Clifton in sleek, contemporary, elegance, luxury and great outdoor living. The greenery set on back while the front strike to the ocean just feel like floating house on ocean.

The architect takes the advantage of the view by creating multiple outdoor spaces. Colossal floor to ceiling windows blur the lines between indoors and out, with parts of the home’s surroundings creating a tamed effect. The first outdoor space features white furniture and a finely manicured garden with a reflecting pool that projects straight onto the water. Set outside of a contemporary red room, the only feature of the space is two bubble chairs suspended from the overhang above.

For interior, Antoni Associates took control of this seaside villa, which boasts wood floors and detailing along with white walls and furniture sprinkled with black and red furniture. The home also features occasional red color blocks and classic sculptures set against contemporary art that blurs the lines between fine art and the street.

O arquiteto tem a vantagem de opinião, criando vários espaços ao ar livre e janelas colossais do chão ao teto. O espaço ao ar livre apresenta mobiliário branco e um jardim sofisticado com um espelho de água. Para o interior, Antoni Associates assumiu o controle desta vila à beira-mar, que possui piso de madeira e detalhes juntamente com paredes brancas e mobiliários preto e vermelho. Hey, this is a good thing about the architecture that they didn’t worry about the full scenario they perform it earlier and then applied like build here as good as I have seen around. That’s the good thing about the pics.
