Formerly, this fabulous villa is designed by Hambo Nielsen to catch the breathtaking view of the Edsviken Lake. A renovation made for this house led by Rahel Belachew Lerdell with new open spacious surrounding with clean straight lines in architecture and a high standard of materials and furnishings that create a feeling of total harmony.

From the entrance, natural public area was placed. The private part consists of three bedrooms, which have exit way to courtyard, and two bathrooms. The basement has three rooms – living room with panoramic views and exit to Edsviken, guest room and cinema room. The garden is well landscaped and easy to care with terraced stone-paved patios in different directions.
