The main project of this Juan Herreros Arquitectos design is to convert a shepherds to usable small cottage for occasional use. The design plan of the farmhouse was mirrored to double its living space, resulting in a symmetrical shape. This site conserve conditions and technical function of an apparently innocent construction by replicating symmetrically the original volume.

The rustic house style features a warm stone exterior and bright, modern interiors. Natural light, private area and outside view arranged by shuttered windows. The house consist of a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom in north part, while the south wing houses a dining area, living room and study. Each room features only one main component – a table, a sofa, a desk – making for minimalist interiors that encourage minimalist living.
